Event Cancellation Refunds
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will be issued only if the event is canceled by Amir UK's Entertainment.
No refunds will be provided for any other reasons, including but not limited to change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or personal reasons.
2. Notification of Cancellation
If an event is canceled, you will be notified via the email address provided at the time of ticket purchase.
Details on how to obtain your refund will be included in the cancellation notification.
3. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed automatically to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
4. Partial Cancellations
In the case of partial cancellations (e.g., if certain performances or segments of the event are canceled), refunds will be issued only for the canceled portion as determined by Amir UK's Entertainment.
5. No Resale or Transfer
Tickets purchased are non-transferable and cannot be resold. Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser.
